NCF LATCO Communities of Practice Network – Away Day 3rd July
The next meeting with the NCF LATCO Communities of Practice Network will be in-person on the 3rd July from 10:00-16:00.
Join us for the Networks second away day and meet with likeminded senior leaders from LATCO’s operating across the UK. This is one of NCF’s most active Networks, with a supportive and collaborative culture of sharing and learning. Being a LATCO can be a lonely business with unique challenges and opportunities – this is great opportunity to discuss what you’re up against and solve problems as a collective.
The Network has been busy since the last away day, and our chairs will be presenting the finished products from all the work they have been doing with their working groups. Mark Fox, New Directions, will present the paper/briefing note on the Benefits of the LATCO model – backed up with data and case studies from across the Network – which will be used to communicate with the decision makers on a National and Local level; and Lisa Antoni, Bolton Cares, will share the outcomes from the benchmarking/killer questions exercise.
We will also have expert speakers covering relevant incoming policy and changes in legislation, such as the Employment Rights Bill and the two-tier code. If there is anything you would like us to cover, please do get in touch and we can make it happen!
