**Researchers at University of Leeds want to hear from male care workers (including those who are leaving/ have left) working in care homes or home care across England**

At the University of Leeds, researchers are working on understanding how to attract, recruit and retain more male care workers in care homes and home care: The MEND study.

The team are now interviewing male care workers (including those who are leaving/have left) using an online video or telephone call to hear about staff experiences and views about what helps to attract and recruit new staff and retain current staff.
