Brandon Trust – Our Enabling Support
Brandon is a Bristol-based charity serving the South of England and London. Brandon supports children, young people, and adults with learning disabilities and autism, to live life in the way they choose. Brandon provides high-quality, individualised support that focusses on enabling people to achieve their dreams and truly live free.
Brandon Trust Summer Camp
Brandon’s Summer Camp provides a life-changing experience for young people with learning disabilities or autism, as well as essential respite support for families.
Residents’ memories shared with students in Halcyon House exhibition at Abbeyfield
Residents at Abbeyfield’s Halcyon House in Formby, a residential care home for older individuals, engage in memory sessions where they share stories from their past. The collection, featuring 1940s and 1950s memorabilia, includes items contributed by residents, such as a model Mosquito and Bowfighter airplane from 90-year-old Michael, who worked at RAF Woodvale for over 40 years.
