Edna Petzen is the External Communications Consultant for the National Care Forum since April 2020.

As a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and Chartered Marketer, Edna is also a Member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations and an Accredited PR Practitioner. Edna brings a wealth of experience and expertise gained from over 20 years working at both strategic and operational level.

Edna is founder and director at Lynden Consulting Ltd, a specialist marketing and communications company focused on the adult social care sector, with a specialism in care and retirement living.
