I’m a result driven ACMA (management accountant) with varied experience in commercial, customer focused environments, within multinational PLCs and “not for profit” cultures.
Proven track record of transformation planning and delivery in rapidly changing operations. I believe I’m a respected communicator at all levels with the ability to identify and understand colleagues’ needs, coupled with proactive problem-solving abilities.
I currently have the honour of leading Sanctuary Group’s Commercial Division which encompasses Sanctuary Care, Sanctuary Supported Living, Sanctuary Students and Commercial portfolio, which consists of 109 care homes, 750 Supported living services, 20 large student accommodation, supported by 10,400 staff.
Full responsibility for operational, quality, HR, Sales and Marketing, Business Development and financial performance of the UK’s seventh largest care provider.

Sanctuary Care which consisted of 109 care homes, providing high quality care for 5,500 residents who were supported by 7,300 staff and generated annual turnover of over £200 million, across England and Scotland.
Full responsibility for operational, quality, HR, Sales and Marketing, Business Development, asset and financial performance of the UK’s seventh largest care provider.
Operations Director – Sanctuary Supported Living
Responsible for National accommodation-based support services, including extra care and life line services, £100m turnover. Led, with IS colleagues, the successful implementation of a “first in sector” housing management product; the largest roll out of its kind in Europe.

I Joined Sanctuary in 2011 as Head of Finance – Housing and Communities and since then has undertaken a number of roles including Director of Housing Operations, Commercial Services Director, and Operations Director for Sanctuary Supported Living.
