Office Administrator

Lewis joined the NCF in July 2024 as Office Administrator and works to support the senior leadership team, assist with HR and finance, communications and member services.
Prior to joining the NCF Lewis worked with our annual partner, Cohesion, where he worked as a Compliance Officer. During his time there he guided candidates through the pre-employment process, circulated internal newsletters and put together a report on diversity within care sector recruitment.
Lewis is motivated by a desire to see an improvement in the quality of life for people receiving care and better working conditions for those working in care.
